The phone is answered around the clock
Any hour, any day: the line is answered. A burst pipe at 2am is the ordinary case for this trade, not the exception.
No charge for the call or the connection
Calling and being connected is free. There is no fee, no membership and no booking charge for using this site. What you agree with the contractor afterwards is between you and them.
You are connected to a licensed local contractor
You are put through to an independent contractor who holds the license this trade and state require and who actually works in Asheville. Ask to see the license and the certificate of insurance before work starts — any contractor worth hiring expects the question.
You can ask to be connected to someone else
You are not stuck with the first name you are given. Call back, say it was not a fit, and ask for another. That is what the line is for.
What this page does not promise
These are commitments about a connection, not about construction. The contractor is an independent business and the job is their contract with you — so get the scope, the price and any workmanship guarantee from them, in writing, before work starts.
